I have checked that option for the chat panel to be opened and it does.
However, users can only see my chat. They said they can't even see
theirs. SO I as an admin see everyone's, but everyone else can only see
mine...???

what do you mean by "can only see my chat, not each others"?
you can "auto open chat" in the room by checking "Chat panel opened by
default" option in the room

Still learning OM and I'm in a chat with 10 people...they can only see my
chat, not each others. I looked for settings for that and I cant seem to
