In Germany the 50% people minimum can speak english, i've seen it.
In the Spanish speaking countrys and in Russia no so many people
can, because they learn any other different idiom to english or
simply because the don't know that idiom.

I think it is realy helpful to use a mailing-list in his native language. (I would like to find all informations in german. ;-) )
But I see that there is the big problem, that then important solutions are no longer available for the whole international community.
