Hi folks,
Sorry for the delay in responding Maxim. I have just performed another PPT
upload, resulting in the big "DELETED" image on the screen - looked in the
upload directory and the ppt and xml are there, but not the pdf, swf or
thumbnails.
As there have been related threads (eg Ian's one) on

Hi Maxim,
Thanks. Good spot :-)
If I upload a new ppt or pptx, then OM creates a new directory, puts the
file in it alongside its relevant library.xml, but that's it. No other
files are created.
So, is it missing something...? JOD and LibreOffice are there, but
something clearly isn't right...
logs might help .

Hi all,
I'm having a bit of trouble with uploading files to our client's
Openmeetings whiteboard and hope that someone can help.
An example: I'm uploading a jpeg file. The following error is returned

Hi all,
We're talking with a prospective client at the moment regarding supporting
an OM install for between 200 and 500 users.
They have suggested to run this on a VPS with 2-core CPU and 2Ghz RAM.
The content will be fairly minimal: Powerpoints with audio description, and
the broadcast of pre-
doing? what
you are downloading (exact URLs) what commands you are running, what files
you are changing etc.

Hi Maxim, all,
Thanks so much for continuing to help with this one.
So, just to make sure that there weren't any typos, I pasted the original
