How to solve the problem of network between different countries,Such as one is
in Japan and another is in England.They will be unable to carry out video/audio
conferencing because of the bad Internet Speed.

To be honest,The bandwidth may be not enough to default size.
Recommend add default size item into "admin configure" for private room of user.
