How do I disable "My rooms" option from the top menu?

How can I disable Chat option? In spite of changing "dashboard.show.chat" value
to 0, my users are still seeing the Chat.
I need only screen sharing and nothing else. Is it possible to remove all the
other heavy weight modules from OM?

Ours is a small group trying OM for the last one month. I selected OM
mainly because I can run it in our own server inside our internal
network. Is it possible to make it lean like Google hangout? All I need
is video to view the person and screen sharing. Appreciate any
suggestion in this regard.

I installed openmeetings recently in a Windows 7 system. I am finding it
very hard to integrate OM with LDAP and Active Directory. I have gone
