in version 3.0 only dashboard will be implemented in html5, rooms will be
implemented in flash. You can integrate Asterisk with Openmeetings and use
mobile sip applications such as Linphone. Read this manual for details:

I'm afraid word "or" in the login dialog is not good idea because it will
be difficult to localize it. In some languages word "or" could be very long
and couldn't be placed in the circle.

Asterisk Manager API and SIP protocol are used in red5sip application. I
guess red5sip could work without Asterisk manager, but users amount
wouldn't be displayed; video wouldn't work too. In my mind you'd better
install Asterisk and integrate it with Freeswitch because nobody tried to

from trunk. In 3.0 the dashboard is implemented on Apache Wicket framework
(html5), in 3.1 the whole ui will be implemented on it.

Broken video recording is a known Red5 bug. In Openmeetings 3.0 (where Red5
version is newer) recordings work fine. As I know, ser-file is raw video
data without header, to convert it to flv you need to add header to the
begin of the file somehow. Maybe Red5 developers know how to do
