Hi Maxim, Thank you for your response, yes, I am clicking on the mute/unmute icon, it is working fine for 2-3 users, but in the case of 25-30 users it is not working as expected. As I already mentioned, it takes some time(around 15sec) to mute/unmute when clicking on that icon. Because of this use
