PDF upload problem

Hello, I have a problem uploading some .pdf files. It shows this error: process: convert PDF to images command: /usr/bin/convert -density 150 -define pdf:use-cropbox=true /opt/open600/webapps/openmeetings/data/upload/files/8ae96f51-d6a0-4058-a0dc-02b7abf32098/8ae96f51-d6a0-4058-a0dc-02b7abf32098.pd
