Well,
it sounds like we are talking about different things
Currently there are 3 download options for WB
1) *diskette icon* in WB tools - will save WB in internal format, you can
then load saved WB and use it's objects (no download)
2) Menu -> Action -> *Download as PDF* - will convert current WB

Maxim,
Thank you. For now, i just need the pdf file. So, if you are saying it is
already being saved, that's perfect! However, I could not find it anywhere
on my machine. For example, when i saved the whiteboard image to file
Lenta.pdf, it appears among the files attributed to this meeting room,
Hi there Maxim. I think saving and downloading the whiteboard would be a great
idea. For example, I’ve generated a few exercises in the past... where students
needed to drag and drop the names of parts of a car which I had pre-prepared on

I hope there is a plan or approach by which we can resolve this and
get the meetings to have a decent number of participants with video and
microphone.
I would like to start meetings of my non-profit organization in
November. It is too bitter to contemplate having to use Zoom.

AFAIR save whiteboard as PDF is implemented via download PDF file

tree, BUT this is NOT PDF ...

Did you set up Turnserver? I haven’t used Linode but assume it might be behind
a NAT firewall.
Search for “Turnserver” setup in the user group.
I am assuming the snapshot is recent... as a result please note that Maxim
mentioned the following last week...

I should add that the video and microphone work for about a minute
before it drops. I thought I had this problem before and I can't
remember the config setting I changed.

such errors usually happens when you use incompatible
applicationContext.xml file (i.e. copy it from previous version)
in this upcoming version you shouldn't edit applicationContext.xml
all *basic* tuning should be done in openmeetings.properties

I checked in detail. I can download .jpg, .pdf, .rtf. and .doc files
after I uploaded them. I can not download .avi files (even after fresh
upload) and .pdf files generated by saving the whiteboard.
