Adding more custom features

We are about to decide which one to use. For this customization is the key. We have lot of customization that needs to be done.So my question would be how do we incorporate new releases? If we go ahead with a different branch then I guess it will be difficult to incorporate new versions? Second

Allowing user control of a shared screen.

In Firefox on one laptop I started a room, shared a Window and invited a guest on another laptop with Firefox. I requested user control and allowed it from the first laptop by selecting the mouse icon. I could not do user actions from the second machine on the shared window. What else do I have
