You can use TCP mode :)
(not sure why do you need this, UDP is faster )

The root cause of your issues is "MediaPipeline' not found " which is not
connected with coturn
Can you check with PS how many OM do you have started?

For Linux , you may block it in iptables firewall. For windows OS,
