Then you performed installation into H2 DB, and perform import to H2 DB :))
If I were I would:
1) DROP/CREATE DB
2) copy server.xml, mysql-connector-java-8.0.18.jar, persistence.xml
and applicationContext.xml from backup to new location
3) run `./admi

All "occupied" resources are at minimum level after restart
Can you do multiple restarts and check if this issue is reproducible?

Yesterday I did a reboot and openmeetings fails to connect to the media server.
It seems to be a problem with resource limits.
I can't remember I changed anything.
