AFAIK h263 is not supported by WebRTC
Codecs can be configured at server side
/etc/kurento/modules/kurento/SdpEndpoint.conf.json
Later on Browser and server will choose common for both codecs during
negotiation phase
so I see no way to "force" any codec
You only can made them available

with only the live installation steps?

I did the installation exatly by the guide of Alavro Bustos.
