Can't see uploaded pfd files in file view

Hi , I uploaded several pdf files into the room and placed them in folders in My Files (home drive). For some reason I*can't see these folders and filesin* the room any more. I checked in: /opt/red5312/webapps/classroom/upload/files# and can see the various conversions : edca585d
