Alternatively you can set 'deleted' flag on this record, to be able to
restore it

I have builded the latest of 3.1.2 ??And there are errors of Create conference.
1.Notification of new conference can't display BIG5 characters(Chinese).
2.Notification of new conference sends twice.
3.Create conference with passwd will get the ERROR LOG.
