in OM you have a screen-sharing app. With this app, you can allow the
conference participants to work on the shared desktop. Thus, for example, all
participants are working together with a running word processing and can edit a
document.

OM do allow some kind of collaborative work on the same document,
unfortunately it is like you marking on hard copy, original document is not
being changed by your notes persists
