Make sure the folder where the files are being uploaded has the right
permissions. This was an issue for us.

If you're running CentOS and are getting DELETED when you convert
documents, make sure libreoffice-headless is installed! In addition, you
must point to the directory LibreOffice is in. In my case it was
/usr/lib64/libreoffice Otherwise, document conversion no worky!
