can you check the log for detailed stacktrace?
Here is the stack trace from the openmeetings log. After looking at the stack
trace I discovered the encoder was not working fixed that issue. Now
It appears to be uploading the file, converting the file, creating the
thumbnail but is getting an error now with duplicate joblist.
