To produce HTML5 compatible video ffmpeg should support both x264 and
libfdk_aac
libfdk_aac is currently missing in your ffmpeg :(
you can extract it in separate place
copy webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/classes/META-INF/* from the old
installation to the new place and run

I'm not sure how to make FFMPEG create MP3 and OGG files. According to its
readme file the lame and H264 DLLs are enabled.
Changing the LibreOffice directory did not work
Next question is, can I unzip OM 3.0.1 over Om 3.0.0 to upgrade it?
Thanks,

Hello Maxim,

Hello Charlotte,
you can search your questions and answers here:

If I'm not mistaken you need to subscribe to user list before you can ask
questions (not 100% sure)
We are trying to provide solution working "out of the box" this is why we
are packing openmeetings
- DISCLAMER is deleted (svn rm file; svn ci -m "file is deleted")
- What was added is new setting "whole_window", not sure what is wrong with
it :( I'm not moodle expert
You can comment parts of "db/upgrade.php" to find which block is wrong

And maybe check the sizes of raw flv files at
"webapps/openmeetings/streams/ROOM_ID"
will try to check file sizes on my servers
