Not really.
The files in the /streams/hibernate folder are the final videos of the
recordings. If you delete them all your recordings are gone.
The files in the /streams/$ROOM_ID folders are the raw recording files.
Based on those files there is a complete video mixed (that is then produced

Is it safe for me to delete the sub-folders in the streams directory?

Thank you for the technical information.
I'm just going my my experience using another system in which each meeting

Perhaps then, completed meetings could go into an archive\ completed events

Hi Lee,
I don't think we should delete the room after a calendar event was
terminated. Otherwise for example any uploaded or created data that was
part of the conference room itself would be gone.
Also you can attach existing rooms to multiple calendar events. So the

Hello Sebastian,
Yes, I hear the audio now (OM 2.1.1).
This is very good software once the set up has been figured out.
All the best,
Lee.

Hello,
I tested the calendar, but after the event had ended, the room persisted.
Is there a way to terminate the event when the 'Exit' button is clicked
rather than delete the event in the calendar and receive a 'Cancelled'
message?
I think that if an event is terminated before the start or end
Actually the recording will capture all audio from the conference and mix
it into the screensharing?
Was this feature removed or is currently not working in the 3.x tree?
Thanks,

I tried the interview room, but got an FFMPEG error:

Screenrecording works on my computer. There was a Java problem, but that
seems to have gone.
Is there a way to record audio and the screen at the same time?

I have the Libre Office.path set to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\LibreOffice 4'.
Do I need to extend the document tree further?

As I already wrote: "download from here
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j/
extract *jar* file into webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/lib"
you need "jar" file not "msi"
