i did it (step by step from tutorial) but service still can't run,
I try in 2 difference computer which previously had been run Open meetings,
and i got the same errror, i will try to clean computer (that had not been
run Open meetings)

In fact when I update my openmeetings, I keep 3 things I copy back to the newly
openmeetings directory: jodconverter-core-3.0-beta-4,
mysql-connector-java-5.1.23-bin, and persistence.xml (modified and rename from
mysql_persistence.xml)

You need a dedicated server with minimum 2-4 GB Ram and 2-3 Dual Core or
Quad core CPU (or you can rent a cloud).
Using Ubuntu or Debian is preferrable.
Still the main limiting factor is the bandwidth. Depending on the use-case
you can have very different numbers.

I've tested all March builds, downgraded since 18 March one (no older on the
Jenkins site)... Same problem with invitation e-mail : error-null.
I had saved my openmeetings dir on 19 February 2013, so I restored this one to
test, and invitation e-mail works without problem ...
