Previous recommendation is for changing logo and application name positions.
Is your logo's height bigger than 40 pixels?
If so, then you can try to reduce size of your logo.

0) modifiy update apointment template to include text about your SIP number
1) you have to create appointment with no attendees
2) go to admin area, find room of this appointment, set sip enabled for it

I don't think it does. If you get a room id somehow (eg in the admin
interface), you calculate a number as a prefix (400 works for me) plus the
room id.
