The %%viewer class currently has hard-code height & width sizes set.
Normally you should be able to scroll the content, when it doesn't fit.
I quickly checked the page you try to view; but it seems it is blocking
the scrolling of its content.

bookmarks.

For this example tab bookmarks show only _ symbol.
Help me please with that.

Hello,,
Can you try to use the alternate (newer) syntax for TABs ?
The old syntax (%%tab-NewOfTab) needs to convert a css-class into a
string for the name of the TAB, which apparently doesn't handle cyrillic
charsets properly.
