in text that I want to consolidate everyday.
My goal is to be able to provide those information via hive use SQL Alchemy.

For the specific code you mentioned, check if you have "
hive.privilege.synchronizer" enabled or not. If so, disable it explicitly.
PrivSync is needed for populating information_schema.

there any plan for Hive 4.0 or should I use Hive 2.8 knowing I'm using
Hadoop 3 ?
