b.jar
The conflicting antlr jar is removed from the classpath and it works fine now.

another is compiling the code checked out from
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hive/trunk. Both have the same
problem, I did not make additional changes for the configuration files
under .../conf/. I also asked on stackoverflow,
