I'm trying to build standalone metastore binary (similar to
hive-standalone-metastore-3.1.3-bin.tar.gz) for Hive 4.0.0/4.0.1. I noticed
that while these binaries were published to Maven Central for Hive
3.0.0-3.1.3, they are not available for the 4.x releases.
