First of all, thanks for all the work you are putting in this project!
However, for me it feels a bit rushed :/
Hive 4.0 was just released in April 30th, and in less than 6 months we have
seen the EOL of 3 major versions of Hive :S
I assume that the most pressing issue is the lack of manpower
