No, that's not supported. The AvroSerde creates columns for each name,
but ignores aliases.

I Checked the class path of hive and I do not find the jar. But is this a
compulsory jar that needs to be in hive class path. I did not face the problem
earlier even without this jar.Could you help me with some information on it.

This is not supported. The assumption is that all the files in the
directory will be Avro. This is a general assumption across Hive, not
specific to the Avro serde.
