I would like to test how hive performance changes when hadoop cluster
shrinks. But I am using a shared Hadoop cluster, it is not possible to shut
down machines or change hadoop configuration. Is it possible to config
number of machines to use when issuing hive queries? Any comments are
welcome. Tha
There is only one task attempt that is lurking around and that never
completes. It probably times out or fails after a long time.
