Have you ever faced RDP session going blank when browser is refreshed?
I enabled these below setting and still see the same issue.
1. Enable "Configure keep-alive connection interval" and set Keep-Alive
interval to "5"
2. Enable "Automatic reconnection"
3. Enable "Select RDP transport protoc

Manuals, but could not find much information on the supported versions.

Sorry for missing those details.
I am using 1.5.5 version in docker compose mode and those settings I have
applied on windows server using Group policy object editor.

Keep in mind Ubuntu 24.04 LTS defaults to Tomcat 10 (Servlet/JSP are now
night and day from 9.0.x) and this will not work with Guacamole, best to
install 9.0.x from source. Unless 1.6.x release is going to support it,

Sean is correct in this.
Ubuntu 24.04 carries Tomcat 10 which doesn’t work with Guac.
I had to install Tomcat 9 from an alternative Ubuntu repo (older Ubuntu
version) in order to obtain / run Tomcat 9.
