Did you already deactivate NLA (network level authentication in remote desktop
settings) on the win10 client and enable the ignore certificate switch in
Guacamole Session config ?

Hi Nick,
The issue was NGINX Reverse Proxy configuration. We copy and pasted the
configuration from the Proxying Guacamole NGINX Guide and now download works
fine.
Moreover it also works from an IE 11 browser on a different computer.
The original computers IE 11 Guacamole session that failed

But another issue is: when remote accessing, my win10 always be in pelase wait
and can not show login in to login it.
