guacamole some remote desk can't see the G drive

Hello All, when i use Guacamole 0.9.9 to application. have the issue the G drive can not appear on remote desk. but some remote desk has appear the G drive. the detail log as follows: i want to know has some configure must to set in the remote desk. Dec 21 14:27:20 daas-guacamole-i09
