Custom Extensions in Docker for 1.6.0

Hi Michael, Firstly, thank you to the team for a great product. I loaded this staging/1.6.0 build up on one of our servers to test it out. For building the server, the instructions assume more knowledge than I and probably many others have. Perhaps it is an oversight in preparing the Staging b
