This issue was resolved by adding the following environment variable to
both the jobmanager and taskmanager:
- name: JOB_MANAGER_RPC_ADDRESS
value: jobmanager

You could set "jobmanager.rpc.address" to flink-jobmanager in the ConfigMap.
