I believe the answer to this question is "no", but I figure I might as well
ask. Is there a way to prioritize a stream?
The use case is prioritization of a control stream. This is mostly needed
on start-up, where a job might start consuming from the data stream before
consuming from the control
Thanks Niels for your answer. Yes, storm does not support stateful processing
components. So, I have to use something like Redis to store it's stateful.

1) Storm doesn't run on Yarn
2) Storm doesn't support statefull processing components.
3) Storm has a bad Java api.
4) Storm is not fast enough.
Some of these things have changed over the last 2 years.
