a result we did move our software on to 2.0 quite a while back. I'm not
currently working on that code but once I'm back on it I'll give

FWIW, Cayenne 1.2 is functionally identical to Cayenne 2.0. The only
changes were to the import/package statements (org.objectstyle.cayenne
=> org.apache.cayenne) and the headers for the ASL. Otherwise, it is
feature-identical.
