Why nodetool netstats show this

As I ask befor ,I hava 20 nodes C* cluster,base on cassandra 2.1.2 ,using vnodes. When I run nodetool repair for Anti Entropy Repair,then run nodetool netstats,all the nodes show this msg Mode: NORMAL Unbootstrap cfe03590-b02a-11e4-95c5-b5f6ad9c7711 /172.19.105.49 node 172.19.105.49 is the l

C* 2.1.3 - Incremental replacement of compacted SSTables

I saw in the NEWS.txt that this has been disabled. Does anyone know why that was the case? Is it temporary just for the 2.1.3 release? Thanks, Mark Greene
