Here is my java -version

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.10-b01, mixed mode)
Thanks for the work around, setting disk_access_mode: standard worked.

Are you running a 32 bit JVM ? What is the full JVM version ?
As a work around you can try disabling memory mapped access set
disk_access_mode to standard.
