I have Cassandra 4.0.1 on a server failing to start. The server was
power cycled after it experienced an unrecoverable memory error detected
by EDAC. The memory error was transitory, and AFAIK it has disappeared.
But Cassandra is not starting. The logs are:

Well answering to myself this is not related to read_repair chance.
Settings them to 0 change also nothing. So the question remains: why
from time to time C* want to make multiple read on a non local dc ?
