Probably because two jar files contain different directory path information.
If a.jar conatins:
/a/MyClass.jar
and if b.jar contains:
/b/MyClass.jar
There are similar tasks with "timeout" attribute.
task with timeout attribute
Stop the command if it doesn't finish within the specified time (given in
milliseconds).
task with timeout attribute
Number of milliseconds before execution is terminated
