put (the top of this stack) - (the effective top of this stack) -- With no
Stack Menu =22 with a Stack Menu = 0

used for converting global positions to local, and vice versa.

I'm trying to figure out screen math to set the top of a helper stack to
the top of a field, and the like.
The math doesn't seem to make sense.
