He was asking for something to work even if the app was closed. How would your
external change the badge, without opening the app that has the external?

Yes, but you cannot tell iOS to change this badge in 2 days for example, when
the app is closed (without display an local notification).

With the localnotification it is possible to display a recurrent message
automatically on the device, even if the app is closed. But i want to just
change the value of the notificationBadge.
It is possible ?
It seem we can just set manually the notificationBadge.
