User scroll direction preference

I have a group with a scroll bar. Groups with scroll bars, as near as I can tell, don’t support a mouse scroll wheel so I wrote a script (handling the rawKeyDown) to provide my own. So far so good. In OSX, the user can set an OS preference to either scroll the content with the direction
