I meant to say you neither see the bounce nor the deceleration after
scrolling in the Simulator.
You can scroll in the Simulator, but you need a real device to test
scrolling related questions.
Sorry for not making the distinction.

Did you mean that the simulator doesn't bounce? because it scrolls just fine
if you mouse down and drag.
