You might look for hung .setup processes from LC and stop them using the
task manager. IF 7.0.0 no longer works, then look in the lc folder
"C:\Program Files (x86)\RunRev\LiveCode Community 7.0" and see if the only
thing left is the .setup program. I had to manually delete this file
