I have deleted ALL LC/RunRev prefs and rein
I am currently downloading LC 9.6.1 Business Mac with a download rate 3,7 -
4,5Mibt/s.
Or did you download an other version?.

your LC preferences in /Users/{username}/Library/Preferences/RunRev/*
Regarding the slow download speed- seems to work fine
