Did you try the this "workaround"? 1. Open Windows Task Manager 2. Search for a process named "Spooler Subsystem app" or just "Print Spooler" 3. Force quit this process If this solves the problem, then maybe 9.6.11 still contains a bug that already was fixed in earlier versions. Regards, Matthi
