This was a feature that worked a very long time ago (in another galaxy)
with a wonderful and unique XCMD called Printreport for Hypercard by John
Narin. I expected this in earlier versions of Revolution and for a while it
worked, then didn't.

use a resolution that is higher than the screen resolution and scale the
size of the image on your layout. This used to be broken in Livecode and
they fixed it. The printed page will then have better image resolution.
