This also happened to me. Sorry for not reporting it. Since I am working on a
"live" project, I just removed GLX2 and went back to using the built in script
editor. I'll give the latest update another try.

I updated the readme file on bitbucket, so there's at least that level of
documentation online.

Sorry, I get all the threads jumbled. I had previously proposed a session
with Edinburgh to review the inyards of the IDE and the SE to make it
easier for more of us to get involved in working on it. This is a good
example of why that might be a good idea.

The problem is that without understanding it, we're going to be at a
distinct time disadvantage. I just went through that trying to fix a
couple of things in the documentation rendering, this week. I spent a lot
of hours having to learn how it worked, because nobody else knew.

I agree. In fact, I like the built-in SE, but to have some of the glx2

paradigm-altering, but to allow optional features to to user-controlled in

ok, next thing:
italicizing comments for font SourceCodePro doesn't seem to happen (but it
does for InputMonoLight).
Bolding folder names don't seem to work, but I can't tell which direction
it doesn't work. Folder names look bold, but hitting the checkbox and then
unchecking doesn't do anything,
yep. and I just found out something interesting that I probably should
have mentioned: how you bring up the prefs matters. I was trying to
command-comma it. If I just try to bring it up from the File menu, it
seems to stick.

I noticed that too. I found a workaround.
1. Edit some code in GLX2.
2. Go to LiveCode/preferences
This will bring up the GLX2 preferences
A couple of things:
1) The Everything under "blogroll" on the wordpress site points to
wordpress things, not Marky things
2) I'm trying to edit the prefs for GLX2, but the prefs window only flashes
and disappears, again.
