[ANN] TinyDictionary updated to work also in LC 8.2.0 DP2 and LC 9 DP10

Due to changes how LC organizes dictionary data in LC 8.2 DP2 and LC 9 DP 10 tinyDictionary did not display LCB dictionary entries anymore. TinyDictionary version 0.8.3 restores that functionality and is backwards compatible. Thanks James Hale for the code for the acquisition of the dictionary a
